Shutter speed

Equipment used: 
- Canon 1100 
   - 32gb SanDisk 

Settings:
ISO: 200
F-stop: 9
Shutter speed: 1/20

To achieve this photos you have to zoom out or zoom in whilst pressing the shutter, and this creates a startled effect.
