Panning shots

Equipment used:
- Canon 1100
   - 32gb SanDisk

Settings:
ISO: 100
Mode: TV
Shutter speed: 1/30
Focus: Auto

To achieve this effect first you have to set your camera as mentioned above.
When ready, to get a good focus you should for example if it is a car, focus the street where the car is going to be and then fix your frame. To have the car on focus you have to move the camera at the same speed the car is going and take the photo. By doing this you will achieve a sharp focus on the moving object and a blurred background.

Shallow/Large depth of field

Shallow depth of field

Equipment used:
- Canon 1100
   - 32gb SanDisk

Settings:
ISO: 100
Mode:AV
F-stop: 3.5
Focus: Auto

To achieve this photographs I focused on the main object. As you can see in the first photo, the main object are the coins and all the focus is there.

Large depth of field

ISO: 100
Mode:AV
F-stop: 14
Focus: Auto

To achieve this photographs the focus has to be on the background. As you can see on the second photo, the eye straight aways goes to the focused background more than the person standing there.

Shutter speed

Equipment used:
- Canon 1100
   - 32gb SanDisk

Settings:
ISO: 200
F-stop: 9
Shutter speed: 1/20

To achieve this photos you have to zoom out or zoom in whilst pressing the shutter, and this creates a startled effect.
